Vortex helps web development agencies and freelancers identify local businesses that have no web presence, manage them through a streamlined pipeline, and deliver end-to-end client portals. Key Capabilities: • Smart Lead Scraping: Scan cities via Google Places API and automatically filter out businesses that already own a website. • CRM & Pipeline Management: Track qualified leads, run bulk actions, and convert prospects into long-term clients. • AI-Powered Workflows: Built-in AI assistant leveraging local LLM infrastructure (Ollama) to generate web design prompts, proposals, and automated reports. • Client Portal & Live Demos: Host Docker-based demo sites, collect e-signatures on contracts, and provide lightweight site analytics to end clients. • Monetization & Billing: Manage agency subscriptions via Stripe and accept client payments directly with Stripe Connect integration. Technical Stack: Built with Next.js 15, React, TypeScript, Supabase (Auth & PostgreSQL), Docker, and Ollama AI.

Why Asphex77 built it
As a web developer, I realized how much time agencies and freelancers waste manually hunting for clients. Finding businesses that actually need a website, qualifying them, sending proposals, and tracking analytics was fragmented across too many tools. I built Vortex to automate the entire pipeline in one place: automatically finding local SMBs without a web presence via Google Places, streamlining proposals with AI, and providing seamless client management.
